Can I get HPV from performing oral sex?


It is theoretically possible, but highly unlikely. In a study conducted in France, there were a few cases of people with oral cancer who tested positive for HPV 16, the strain most closely associated with cervical cancer. But there is no direct link between that and oral sex.
