HIV / AIDS

If someone is infected with HIV but they do not get sick from it, can they still transmit it to others?

The general rule is once someone is infected, they are infectious; whether they ever get sick or not. Since that is no way to know who will get sick and who won’t, it is important that people with HIV take great care not to infect others.
