HIV / AIDS

Are any tests available for someone who already knows they are infected with HIV?

For adults who are already infected, a viral load test is available and is often used to measure or predict the progression of the virus in the individual. The viral load test essentially measure the level of “genetic debris”  from the virus and is used to measure the actual concentration of HIV in the blood.
