FAQ

How is my privacy protected?

At Positive Friends, your privacy is our most important concern. Needless to say, your personal information will never be sold or provided to outside vendors.

To us, privacy is more then just protecting your personal information, its about protecting your anonymity. We wanted to provide you with a way of expressing yourself without the exposure of your identity. So while its important that you upload a photo of yourself, we would never ask you to compromise that anonymity.

After uploading your photo, you will be given an opportunity to mask your identity by cropping a little fragment or two of yourself instead. Consider what your best asset might be, and crop it out! We have created easy to use tools; just point, drag, and click.

As some towns are smaller then others, rather then displaying the city you live in, we will only display the county.  This allows you to meet people within your area without exposing your identity.
